Dear PAU Community:

It is with profound sadness that we confirm the tragic death of Dr. Jennifer Gonzales Shushereba, a 2013 graduate of the PGSP Stanford PsyD Consortium at Palo Alto University.  Dr. Gonzales Shushereba was one of three staff members of The Pathway Home in Yountville, who died after having been taken hostage by a former patient. Jennifer was an extremely positive and caring individual, as well as a talented psychologist who was truly committed to serving our Veterans.  Our thoughts are with her family and friends during this difficult time.
