The second half of the program will highlight the ways in which board certification (both the process of pursuing certification as well as the resources and training available to board-certified psychologists) helps the psychologist to be mindful of and integrate into practice ethics and laws as well as sensitivity to diversity. Specific ways in which board certification helps to promote awareness of, sensitivity to, and mastery of skills related to working with diverse individuals, groups, populations, and communities will be covered.
