Michael Perlin, JD and Heather Ellis Cucolo, JD present a live virtual professional training program on Recent and Important "Under the Radar" Cases that Impact Persons with Mental Disabilities in partnership with the Mental Disability Law and Policy Associates, LLC.
This training covers cases from the US Supreme Court, lower federal courts, and state courts in all relevant areas that are important to forensic witnesses and evaluators, criminal, correctional, and civil, and will explain why participants need to be aware of these cases during the evaluation, report-writing, and testimony stages.
This training is intended for forensic witnesses/evaluators who wish to be up to date on cases that were probably not part of their academic training programs.
