May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚
This year’s theme, More Good Days, Together, centers on a simple but important idea: a “good” day does not look the same for everyone.
It may mean feeling calm, connected, or simply getting through the day. It can change over time, and only you can define what it looks like.
At Palo Alto University, we are joining the national effort to raise awareness, share resources, and support mental health across our community.

If you’re looking for ways to engage this month, Palo Alto University has pulled together a few simple ways to get involved:

Mental health is deeply personal. What supports one person may look different for someone else, and that’s okay.
1 in 5 people experience a mental health condition each year, and mental health is part of everyday life for all of us.
At Palo Alto University, we’re committed to supporting mental and behavioral health by connecting our community to resources, care, and support.
The path may look different for everyone, but we all deserve more good days, together.
