The Writing Studio expanded its doctoral support with a new Dissertation Boot Camp, offering structured writing time, expert guidance, and community-based accountability to help students move their dissertation work forward.

PAU’s Director of Alumni Relations Chloe Corcoran served as keynote speaker at San Mateo County’s Transgender Day of Remembrance, honoring lives lost while calling communities and institutions toward accountability, allyship, and care.

PAU alum and longtime faculty leader Dr. Peter Goldblum reflects on his journey with the university, exploring how collaboration, inclusion, and a balance between innovation and pragmatism have shaped PAU’s identity and his lasting legacy in the field.

At PAU’s recent Provost Colloquium, Dr. Charlotte Beard framed artificial intelligence as a tool for co-inquiry, showing how it can support ethical learning, critical thinking, and research grounded in human judgment.

Led by Professor Rose Wong, PhD, PAU’s Clinical MSW program centers culturally informed behavioral health practice to meet California’s workforce needs.

PAU alumna Maggie Tsai reflects on her “second phase” journey into counseling, sharing how the university’s student-centered culture supported her transition from a new MA graduate to a doctoral student and emerging leader in the field.

PAU alumnus Dr. Nick Grant reflects on carving his own professional path, sharing how his education and mentorship at PAU shaped a career that bridges clinical psychology, leadership, and community impact.

In June 2026, Palo Alto University will mark its 50th anniversary with a reimagined Celebration Week that will bring together our campus community and partners. Honoring PAU’s legacy while looking ahead, the week spans learning, service, recognition, and celebration, culminating in the Commencement ceremony.
