Laura Rea is a licensed therapist and PhD student in Counselor Education and Supervision at Palo Alto University. Her clinical specialization includes ADHD assessment and treatment, executive functioning interventions and neurodiversity-informed, strengths-based psychotherapy with adolescents and young adults. She has provided mental health services across university counseling centers, K–12 school settings and specialty ADHD clinics, integrating trauma-informed care and evidence-based modalities. Laura also teaches and supervises counselors in training, and her research examines counselor competency development, supervisory working alliance and disparities in mental health access for underserved populations.
